Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, chat, and voicemail interactions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to listen, learn, and resolve customer inquiries will be crucial to our success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple customer interactions
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer service software and systems, such as CRM and ticketing systems
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
