Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
- Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
- Utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Demonstrating product knowledge and adapting to new information in a fast-changing environment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
- Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more
- A webcam
- High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
- A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
