Job Description
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you'll be responsible for:
- Entering data accurately and efficiently into our database system
- Conducting research studies and surveys, either online or in-person
- Participating in online focus groups and product testing
- Providing feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
- Working closely with our research team to ensure the quality and accuracy of our data
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies
Responsibilities
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system
- Conduct research studies and surveys, either online or in-person
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing
- Provide feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
- Work closely with our research team to ensure the quality and accuracy of our data
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our data protection policies
- Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by our research team
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
- Able to focus and follow through
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful, but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, research, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
- Familiarity with online research platforms and tools
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
