Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering administrative and business services in Contracts, analyzing implementation materials, and creating documents for new and existing business. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Contracts * Reviewing and analyzing implementation materials to create documents for new and existing business * Analyzing benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation * Loading benefits into system * Researching, coordinating information, and responding to questions from internal partners and/or external clients * May be the first point of contact from customer to resolve issues * Identifying process improvements for own cases * Negotiating deliverables with internal partners * May audit accounts to determine compliance with specific mandates * Working to clearly defined procedures under close supervision Training and Schedule You'll receive a comprehensive 6-week training program, with a schedule from 6:30 am to 3 pm (PST). After training, you'll work a permanent schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (in your time zone), Monday to Friday. Key Requirements and Technology Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Data Entry experience * 60+ wpm typing speed * Healthcare industry experience * Medical terminology required Why Join arenaflex?
