Job Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand their insurance benefit options and making informed decisions about their benefit needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Helping clients understand their insurance benefit options and answering questions about coverage, plans, and policies
• Scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. The ideal candidate will have:

• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
• High School Diploma or GED (college students and recent grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
