Job Overview

As a Remote Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats.

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell insurance products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* Must reside in Florida.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Must have open availability during operating hours.
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.

  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless/ No 5G internet packages.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; a webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
