A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting located in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves providing comprehensive audiological evaluations and interventions remotely to support students' hearing and communication needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing auditory processing and communication challenges.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate audiological services into students educational programs.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly, maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with teleaudiology best practices and emerging technologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure for practicing Audiology.
- Experience delivering audiology services through telehealth platforms.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and school personnel.
- Knowledge of pediatric audiology and school-based audiology services is preferred.
