As a Financial Advisor Trainee, you will work within a structured mentorship program to learn how to help individuals and families implement practical financial protection and retirement strategies. No prior financial experience is required. Training, licensing guidance, and ongoing support are provided. - Learn foundational financial planning concepts through mentorship and virtual training
- Assist clients with protection-based and retirement planning strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team training

Licensing & Training A state Life Insurance License is required for client-facing activities. If you do not currently hold a license, we provide guidance and support to help you obtain one. Structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training are provided.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no hourly wage or base salary. Income varies based on personal production, client activity, and optional team development. Typical income ranges:
- Part-time: $20,000 – $50,000+ annually
- Full-time: $70,000 – $140,000+ annually
Additional bonuses and leadership compensation are available as advancement occurs.
