GET STARTED V is hiring a Vice President of Founder Experience — Founding Leadership Role Equity-Based | Global | Report to Founder & CEO Get Started Ventures is building a global venture creation platform focused on launching and scaling ambitious technology companies from Saudi Arabia to the world. We are looking for a VP of Founder Experience to help build one of the most founder-centric venture ecosystems in the region. This role is designed for someone who deeply understands: - founder psychology - startup pressure - venture scaling - leadership support systems - founder operations - ecosystem building - talent and advisor coordination - high-performance environments This is not a traditional HR or operations role. This role sits at the intersection of: - founders - operators - investors - culture - execution - venture growth Responsibilities:
- Build the Founder Experience function across Get Started V
- Support founders operationally and strategically across ventures
- Design founder onboarding and venture support systems
- Coordinate leadership support, advisory systems, and founder resources
- Build systems that reduce founder friction and operational bottlenecks
- Help founders execute faster across hiring, operations, partnerships, and scaling
- Develop founder performance frameworks and leadership support structures
- Support venture launches and international expansion readiness
- Help shape a high-trust, high-performance founder culture
Ideal Background:
- Experience working with startups, founders, accelerators, venture studios, or venture-backed companies
- Strong operational and organizational capability
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with founders during high-pressure growth stages
- Experience building systems, processes, or founder-support environments
- International mindset and startup execution mentality
