Primary responsibilities and functions: Primary focus is to use office computer systems to take customer calls, assign technicians, and create routes.. - Responsible for coordinating routes and schedules for technicians - Monitoring routes, ensure that they are met on time - In charge of monitoring and responding to customers via social networks, emails and website - Customer attention - Follow up with customer, ensuring they are satisfied with the service and payment has been collected. - Learn basic knowledge of the different geographical areas of South Florida.
