[Remote] Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for managing the assignment and completion of dispatch jobs, ensuring timely delivery of legal documents, and supporting operational efficiency through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal task boards to identify unclaimed jobs
• Assign jobs by contacting primary and nearby servers using digital tools and communication channels
• Identify and resolve issues preventing job claims, such as missing customer information
• Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams
• Track and report trends in delayed or stuck jobs
• Review unclaimed job areas and coordinate with servers and recruiters to address coverage gaps
• Notify recruiters about areas needing additional support due to volume increases or performance issues

Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze information, identify obstacles, and escalate appropriately
• Proficiency with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems
• Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
• Reliable and consistent with high accuracy in following processes
