  • *The Role**

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to calls, voicemails, and emails within one business day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding various topics, including effective dates, premium amounts, ID card requests, Medicare, and more.
  • Communicating with insurance carriers to verify client policy details, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Managing and responding to emails promptly and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the sales team by handling post-policy inquiries and resolving client concerns, identifying opportunities for up-sells and forwarding to licensed agents as appropriate.
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • *What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
