Position Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team in Topeka, KS. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
  • Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
