Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
