Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team supporting one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home. We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 Year of Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions.
  • Reliability and Dependability: Consistent dependability and responsibility.
  • Availability: Open availability during operating hours, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Customer Service Certification: A customer service certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Financial Industry: Experience working in the financial industry or a related field.
  • Bilingual or Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages.

Home Setup Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship the necessary equipment.
  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless / No 5G internet packages can be used.
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment. Cell phones are not permitted during training.
