Job Responsibilities
As a work-from-home customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting clients who have requested their benefits
- Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits
- Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
- Enrolling clients in their benefits plans
- Completing a report card after each benefit overview is finished
