Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

+ Provide excellent customer service to clients and participants + Respond to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Resolve issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner

• Market Research:

+ Participate in online surveys and focus groups + Provide feedback on products and services + Identify trends and patterns in market research data

Essential Qualifications

* Computer with internet access

• Quiet work space away from distractions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not necessary, but can be a bonus
• Backgrounds in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery drivers, customer service, etc. are welcome
