As a Staff Software Engineer on our Community Support Platform (CSP) team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions for our AI-driven customer service products.

We empower our global network of Community Support ambassadors with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer service with high efficiency. Our Chatbot Product team is focused on providing a seamless user experience by combining AI capabilities with the expertise of our support ambassadors.
The Difference You Will Make
As a Staff Software Engineer on our CSP team, you'll work in a collaborative environment with talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for AI-driven customer service products. You'll play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions. Each individual brings their own unique skill set, experiences, thought leadership, and technical expertise to solve these technical challenges for arenaflex.
A Typical Day
A typical day for you will involve working cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy to build high-quality products and features. You'll drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You'll review code and design docs, give feedback on product specs and mocks, and nurture a culture of technical quality from design through code review to production operations.
Your Expertise
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following expertise:
- 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment
- Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures
- Experience with LLM-driven chatbot and Agentic AI products would be a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations
- Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality
- Love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, and motivated to improve teammates' productivity
- Bachelor's and/or Master's/PhD degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
Your Location
This position is US-Remote Eligible, and you must live in a state where arenaflex has a registered entity. While the position is Remote Eligible, you may be required to attend occasional work at an arenaflex office or offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
