Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
