Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
