About the Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Insurance Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance and ensuring that they have the right coverage for their needs. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on our products and services. - Educate clients about our insurance solutions, including coverage options, benefits, and pricing. - Assist clients in comparing different insurance plans to help them make informed decisions. - Address client concerns, questions, and objections in a professional and courteous manner. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction. - Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements related to insurance. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their insurance journey.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and computer skills. - Excellent written and oral communication. - Attention to detail is imperative. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively. - Remote/Work From Home experience preferred. - Background verification must not inhibit ability to obtain insurance licenses. - Candidates must have reliable internet/wifi – Internet connection speed-test required. - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry. - Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is advantageous.
Training and Development
- Online guided e-learning, mock calls, chats, frequent one-on-one and group video meetings to accompany self-training. - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure that you stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Working Schedule
- Initial training is three – four weeks in length and is scheduled 10:00 am – 6:00 pm ET Monday through Friday. - Scheduled shift hours begin after the successful completion of initial training. - Operating hours: 8am to 10pm ET daily. - Multiple fixed schedule options available. - Must be willing and able to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Expected Salary Range
- $33,360 – $35,360 annually, depending on skills, experience, and working location.
