Key Responsibilities

As a remote data entry specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in focus research studies and providing valuable insights that shape the future of arenaflex
• Completing data entry tasks and surveys in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilizing your computer, laptop, or mobile device to access and complete studies
• Interacting with our research team through video conferencing or phone calls
• Providing feedback and suggestions on our products and services
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities will be available to you)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
• Data entry skills, including the ability to read, write, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and skills will be beneficial in this role:

• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support
• Experience with data entry software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Benefits

As a remote data entry specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study, with individual study sessions paying up to $250 per hour. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
