Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in leadership development, quality control, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues they may have

• Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participate in quality control and leadership development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
• Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Ability to maintain good customer relations
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred
