Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and quality control tasks
  • Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining good customer relations and interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills
  • An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
  • The ability to interact effectively with people and groups
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
  • The ability to maintain good customer relations and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
  • A team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
