Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Account Manager Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Retaining business customers by mining and growing accounts through solution-based selling and account management via the telephone
  • Making outbound calls to accounts to achieve sales quota metrics
  • Preparing sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
  • Creating proposals for customers related to proposed solutions and new sales opportunities
  • Developing customer relationships through regular customer contact via the telephone
  • Driving both sales growth and account retention by introducing various products and services available through arenaflex Business
  • Documenting effectively and accurately conversations and contact information into client management systems
  • Working with customers to minimize down-grading or leaving arenaflex
  • Ability to function in a closely monitored environment, including continual monitoring of customer calls and productivity levels
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, including nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual environment with a minimum 100mbps speed
  • Must have a quiet work area in a location that provides privacy from other people, activities, and noise
  • Must have a steady work surface, comfortable chair, adequate lighting, and fast and reliable internet service

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management
  • Experience working in a virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Base pay: $16.00 per hour
  • Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $29.22 per hour
  • Opportunities for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets
