Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. You'll also be involved in quality control, leadership development, and other essential tasks that contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and resolve their queries
- Setting appointments and scheduling meetings with customers
- Performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Quality control and ensuring that customer interactions meet our high standards
- Leadership development and contributing to the growth and success of our team
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups
- Strong customer service and sales experience (preferably in a similar industry)
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
