Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our golf courses and retail operations in Charleston, SC. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers at our golf courses and retail operations

• Process transactions, including cash, credit card sales, and member account charges
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including displaying merchandise and maintaining inventory
• Assist customers with fitting and purchasing golf equipment and apparel
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and inventory levels
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Valid driver's license required (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a golf course or retail environment

• Knowledge of golf equipment and apparel
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience working with a diverse customer base
