Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohnton, PA. As a key member of our Inside Sales Support team, you'll provide administrative support to our Director of Operations, assist with onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors, and deliver exceptional customer service through professional phone and verbal communication. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, including maintaining weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files
• Assisting the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
• Monitoring and supporting manufacturer sales reps and distributors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
• Effectively using Microsoft Office to communicate via email, analyze customer data, and maintain accurate records
• Delivering exceptional customer service through professional phone and verbal communication, including answering customer questions and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
• Building strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
• Demonstrating product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide solutions to their needs
• Collaborating with the Sales Support team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
