The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that's second to none. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with health insurance enrollment, and you'll play a critical role in ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their health plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless and hassle-free experience. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure. - Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in accordance with arenaflex's high standards. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, working collaboratively with colleagues to find solutions. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, ensuring that you're equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring that customer interactions are handled in accordance with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience using cloud-based software and systems. - High level of comfort learning new technology, with a willingness to adapt to changing systems and processes. - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace. - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of health insurance and the Affordable Care Act. - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. - Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with experience using cloud-based software and systems. - Spanish bilingual, a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, with opportunities for performance and attendance-based incentives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), paid time off (PTO), and other benefits that support your well-being and career growth.

Location

This role is fully remote, with opportunities to work from home. We require a dedicated and secure workspace, with a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection.

- 18 years of age or older. - Complete background check and drug test within 3 days. - Dedicated, private, and secure workspace. - Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period. - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period. - Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet. - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required. - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites. - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders.
