Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage customer interactions
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service
- Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
- An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive customer satisfaction
- The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- The ability to maintain good customer relations and provide exceptional service

- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.

This role is based in West Palm Beach, FL, and you'll have the opportunity to work from home in a remote work environment.
