We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives (Monolingual: English calls only) in El Paso, TX. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and enrollment services for health benefits via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Schedule Details

* Our call center operates from 7:15 am - 5:30 pm MST, Monday - Friday

  • 8-hour shifts are scheduled within the hours of operation
  • You will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a fully remote working arrangement

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center

  • Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and add appropriate documentation to the systems while speaking with a customer
  • Perform data entry accurately

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required

  • 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Program Specific Requirements:

+ High School diploma or equivalent + 6 months of customer service experience preferred + Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas)

  • Home Office Requirements:

+ Reliable, high-speed internet service + Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds + Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber + Services that connect via a cellular network (mobile hotspot, fixed wireless, etc.) or satellite are incompatible + Must be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via ethernet cable, Wi-Fi connections are not allowed + Quiet and distraction-free workspace + arenaflex will supply your computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
