Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product expertise, and delivering exceptional service experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Develop product and solutions expertise to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service experiences
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and order processing
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
