Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and addressing pain points in a timely and professional manner

• Conducting inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and concerns

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications:
