Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control checks
• Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintaining good customer relations and interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills
• An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups
• Strong customer service and/or customer sales experience (preferably in a call center environment)
• The ability to maintain good customer relations and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
• A team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
