The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests with empathy and professionalism
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities with ease
  • Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French
  • The ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
  • The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Fluency in both English and Standard French (not French Creole)
