Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, IVR, and web-based portals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about programs and services in a contact center.
  • Recording customer interactions: Document details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Following standard operating procedures: Adhere to established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances: Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Communicating with supervisor: Keep your supervisor informed of any potential needs or concerns.
  • Performing data entry: Enter customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Performing other duties as assigned: Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-6 months of relevant professional experience: You'll need to have 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish: You'll need to be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.

Program-Specific Requirements:

In addition to the minimum requirements, you'll also need to meet the following program-specific requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of customer service experience: You'll need to have 6 months of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Residency in El Paso, TX: You'll need to reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English: You'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages.

Home Office Requirements:

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following home office requirements:

  • Reliable, high-speed internet service: You'll need to have reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps.
  • Traditional, wired high-speed connection: You'll need to have a traditional, wired high-speed connection, such as cable or fiber.
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace: You'll need to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace that's free from interruptions and noise.
  • Maximus will supply your computer equipment: arenaflex will provide your computer equipment, so you won't need to purchase or maintain any hardware.
