Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mohnton, PA. As a key member of our sales support team, you'll provide administrative support to our Director of Operations, assist with onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors, and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Inside Sales Support/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Director of Operations, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
- Assisting the Sales Support team in completing onboarding documentation for manufacturer representatives and distributors
- Monitoring and supporting manufacturer sales reps and distributors to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
- Effectively using Microsoft Office to communicate via email, maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, customer contact files, and analyze customer data
- Delivering exceptional customer service with professional phone and verbal communication, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrating product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Building strong relationships with customers and vendors through open and interactive communication
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
