Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences via phone, email, and online chat - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and enthusiasm - Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet productivity goals - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services a plus - Spanish Bilingual a plus
