Our Customers We work with a diverse range of external, enterprise customers across various industries, including CloudOps, DevOps, Platform, and Infrastructure. Our customers are looking for innovative solutions that can help them navigate the complexities of cloud and hybrid environments. As a Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers and help them achieve their goals. Primary Role & Responsibilities As a Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support throughout the entire customer life cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions * Guiding customers through the setup and installation process * Providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction * Developing and maintaining documentation to support our customers * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in engineering and operations, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems, software, infrastructure, and other related areas. You'll also need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience supporting external customers, with a focus on solutions, customer success, support, and other related areas. In addition to your experience, you'll need to have a strong understanding of the following skills and technologies: * Orchestration and containerization * Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage) * Cloud (compute, networking, and storage services) * AKS, EKS, GKE * Cloud-native * Linux skills (Bash, Shell) * Python, Go, C * Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE, or relevant discipline What We Offer As a Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
