Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology - Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat - Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering - Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers - Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms

Work Environment
Our Irving, TX location is situated at 2600 Rental Car Drive, DFW Airport, TX 75261. The training shift is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and after training, your shift will be Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM.
