Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database using a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Conduct online research and participate in various studies and focus groups, including product testing and opinion panels
- Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage tasks effectively
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, or video conferencing
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
