Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to work at your own pace. This is a part-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document scanning, and filing
  • Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Provide feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and project execution
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, as well as adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
  • Strong focus and follow-through skills
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support

  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Experience with web-based applications and online tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus)

Pay and Benefits:

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
