Key Responsibilities
As an eCommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling in-person, phone, email, and live-chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Advising customers on flooring options, installation services, and maintenance care to ensure informed purchasing
- Processing online orders, returns, and exchanges in NetSuite; liaising with warehouse and shipping teams for seamless fulfillment
- Managing inquiries and resolving issues on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other third-party channels
- Qualifying and pursuing sales leads generated through eCommerce platforms to drive revenue growth
- Scheduling LTL shipments, coordinating drop-ship orders, and filing carrier claims for damaged or lost items
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong service orientation
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic eCommerce environment
- Experience with Intercom, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus
- Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces is a plus
- The ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs when handling samples or coordinating shipments
- A willingness to learn new tools, processes, and take on expanded responsibilities

Compensation & Location
The hourly rate for this position is $13.00 – $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. The role is based in Columbus, OH, with opportunities for remote work and flexible scheduling.
