Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Telechat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our remote telechat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients using our remote telechat platform
- Responding to inquiries and providing technical support and solutions to clients via chat or phone
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Documenting and tracking all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management
- Following up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

Qualifications
