Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions - Enter application data accurately and efficiently - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites) - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
