Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Louisiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative and image of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed Internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls
- Current residence in Louisiana
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
