Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care & Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers by answering questions about insurance products and helping them find the right coverage.
  • Handling inbound inquiries only, from individuals who have already shown interest in our insurance options.
  • Guiding customers through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Educating clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and friendly manner.
  • Following up with potential customers, providing additional support as needed.
  • Working alongside licensed agents to finalize insurance plans for customers.

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other technology tools.

* Insurance license (e.g., life, health, property and casualty).
