Job Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations - Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Schedule and Flexibility
As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you, within the client's hours of operation. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you will have the opportunity to work at times that suit your needs.
Earnings and Revenue
Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor - Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
Technology and Equipment Requirements
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) - Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) - Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity - Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

- Quiet, uninterrupted space - Organized desk area
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
