Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist and Research Panelist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and studies that will challenge your skills and help you grow as a professional. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, participating in online focus groups and product testing, and providing valuable insights to help shape the future of arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into arenaflex's systems, using a variety of software and tools

• Participate in online focus groups and product testing, providing valuable insights and feedback
• Complete micro tasks and studies as assigned, using a variety of devices and platforms
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, to complete tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies

Requirements

* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for additional opportunities)
• Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful, but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and tools

• Familiarity with online focus groups and product testing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

• Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
