Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. This is a contractor role, and you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within our clients' operating hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
- Ability to work from home in a dedicated workspace
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
Compensation and Benefits
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
